Returns and refunds
To request a return, contact Veyra Security at nfsm8ff2rf@privaterelay.appleid.com before sending the item back. Do not send an item to the sender address shown on the package. Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide the correct return information and instructions. Veyra Security covers the return shipping cost for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact Veyra Security at the email address above. We will review the issue and coordinate the next steps. Please do not contact the fulfillment partner directly.

Refunds
We will let you know the outcome after reviewing your request and any return. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law.
